Each school is a separate tenant identified by a school code and database school identifier. Tenant users, students, academic records, payments, notifications, settings, audit records, and API keys are isolated. The platform console can manage multiple tenants, but the delivered school workspace is not a cross-campus aggregation console.

Uses the operational modules granted by role permissions, including admissions, inventory, communication, scheduling, and reporting.
Sees only linked learners and eligible published records, notifications, attendance, finance, and academic information.
Sees only the student account’s own eligible records, published quizzes, timetable, results, and notifications.
Tenant-scoped student registration, parent linking, staff accounts, admission enquiries, review, conversion, and directory views.
Subjects, classes, marks, approval, results, printable report cards, quizzes, attempts, timetable, and lesson schedule views.
Daily attendance, calendar, duty roster, inventory, incidents, settings, dashboards, and reports.
Fee records, structures, assignment, invoices, manual payments, statements, collection reports, printable invoices and receipts.
In-app notifications, configured SMTP email, parent broadcasts, announcements, payment confirmations, and delivery outcomes. SMS is not currently offered.
Tenant and plan administration, Google Workspace SSO where configured, tenant-scoped read-only API keys, write-operation audit logs, health checks, and public enquiry handling.
The application enforces plan features. Setup, migration, provider charges, hosting, taxes, support, and custom work are confirmed in a written quotation.

ScholarOs is a responsive browser application. Offline queuing is available for attendance; other modules require a connection. Welfare records have role restrictions. Google sign-in, payment and messaging channels depend on provider configuration. Enterprise services, response-time commitments and source-code handover must be agreed with management before payment.
