Using ScholarOs

Use the service only for school activities you are authorized to perform. Keep your account private, use accurate information and report suspected unauthorized access to your school administrator.

School access and records

Your school controls account membership and permissions. Do not access another person’s account, disclose confidential records or submit abusive messages. Learners should follow their school’s assessment and communication rules.

Plans and payment

The school’s written agreement and accepted checkout quote specify its plan, subscription period, charges and support arrangements. School fee payments are separate from ScholarOs subscription payments. Contact the school finance office about learner balances, refunds or an incorrect fee entry.

Service arrangements

Availability commitments, onboarding responsibilities, data retention, dispute handling and offboarding must be agreed with the school before paid deployment. These usage rules do not replace that school-specific agreement.
